Registration Options :
Early Bird & Student Fee: $100 CDN / $ 85 USD*
Registration Fee (after February 28, 2007) $125 CDN / $ 110 USD*
Registration includes admission to all presentations, all breaks, two breakfasts and two lunches. *USD amount on credit card payments will be subject to daily exchange rates and may vary from listed price.
Confirmation
An email confirmation will be sent to you after receipt of your fax or phone registration. For credit card registrations processing may take a few days. Please contact us if you need assistance immediately.
Receipts
Receipts for registration fees will be issued at the conference with your registration package. Please notify Kiley Hanson if a receipt is required in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellation received in writing prior to March 31st, 2007 will receive a full refund less a $25 administration charge. No refund will be given for cancellations after March 31st, 2007
